Job Title - Senior Salesforce Developer - Financial Services Cloud (FSC) & Enterprise Integrations

Role Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in enterprise integrations, API-led architecture, and Salesforce platform development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with multiple enterprise applications and exposure to Financial Services Cloud (FSC). This role will focus primarily on designing, developing, and supporting secure, scalable, and high-performing integrations between Salesforce and upstream/downstream systems.
Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities Integration & API Development (60-70%)
- Design and implement enterprise integration solutions between Salesforce and internal/external applications.
- Develop REST and SOAP-based integrations with banking, CRM, document management, customer onboarding, identity management, and data warehouse systems.
- Build real-time, near real-time, and batch integrations using integration best practices.
- Design and consume secure APIs using:
- OAuth 2.0
- JWT Bearer Flow
- Named Credentials
- Mutual TLS
- Create technical integration specifications and API documentation.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, performance bottlenecks, and data synchronization issues.
- Salesforce Development Develop scalable solutions using:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Flows
- Batch Apex
- Queueable Apex
- Scheduled Jobs
- Design reusable services and frameworks for integrations.
- Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards.
Qualifications
- Required Technical Skills Salesforce 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
