Our client in the Apparel & Fashion industry is hiring a Social Media Manager!
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own our social presence end to end, overseeing content, performance, and the systems and people behind it. You'll be the voice of our brand online, working closely with our creative lead and editing team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Content & Calendar: Own the social content calendar from planning through publishing, aligning content with launches, campaigns, cultural moments, and business priorities while adapting quickly to changes in inventory or timing.
- Performance: Track KPIs, share regular performance recaps with clear takeaways, and use insights to guide future content across the funnel, from awareness and community building to conversion, retention, and product demand.
- Brand & Community: Maintain a consistent brand voice across content pillars, manage comments and DMs, build relationships with followers, and turn emerging trends, platform updates, and community insights into relevant, on-brand content.
- Systems & Team: Build scalable content workflows, brief and manage editors, collaborate with the creative lead and wider team, coordinate creator and community content, and keep multiple accounts and production processes running smoothly.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3–5 years managing brand social media, ideally in fashion, wellness, or lifestyle, with proven results.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, plus familiarity with YouTube and emerging platforms.
- Excellent copywriting, a strong visual eye, and basic video editing skills using CapCut or similar tools.
- Experience with scheduling and analytics tools, and building organized, scalable content systems.
- A business-minded approach to social, understanding its impact on growth and its connection to inventory, merchandising, e-commerce, paid media, and customer demand.
- A hands-on, collaborative mindset suited to a fast-growing business where priorities can shift quickly.
- A modern, test-and-learn approach to social, adapting quickly to trends, platform updates, and new features.
- Confidence managing 5+ social accounts, multiple content streams, editors, and creators through clear workflows and systems.
