Working closely with domestic and international suppliers, distributors, and distribution centres, you'll be the go-to person for coordinating deliveries, resolving challenges, and keeping stakeholders informed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes ownership of their work, enjoys problem-solving, and knows how to balance competing priorities.
What's In It for You
- Gain valuable experience supporting global sourcing and supply chain operations in a high-volume environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
- Strengthen your expertise in inventory management, purchasing, and supply chain coordination.
- Join a collaborative team where initiative, accountability, and continuous improvement are valued.
Your Responsibilities
- You'll manage the full purchase order lifecycle, from creation and tracking to resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely fulfillment.
- You'll monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment, and proactively address shortages, delays, and overstock risks.
- You'll work closely with domestic and offshore suppliers to expedite deliveries and resolve supply chain disruptions.
- You'll act as a key liaison between sourcing teams, distributors, and distribution centres to keep operations aligned.
- You'll maintain accurate records, track operational data, and ensure information is reliable across systems.
- You'll communicate updates, flag potential risks, and escalate time-sensitive issues to stakeholders.
- You'll identify opportunities to improve workflows and support efficient day-to-day operations.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain coordination, operations, purchasing, or inventory management.
- Hands-on experience managing inventory, replenishment, purchase orders, and high-volume workflows.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to accountability.
