Reporting directly to the COO, we are looking for an exceptional commercial insurance leader to drive national growth, strengthen our market position, and lead a high-performing team across Canada.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape strategy, accelerate organic growth, build strong insurer partnerships, drive profitability, and influence the future of our Commercial Lines business.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute the national CL business strategy
- Lead succession planning, talent development, and producer recruitment
- Establish producer profitability standards, sales expectations, pipeline management, and performance reporting
- Identify growth opportunities across industry verticals, specialty programs, and client segments
- Establish service and client experience standards
- Support post-aquisition growth and retention
