Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines while managing multiple open requisitions across a variety of functions.
Maintain accurate recruiting data and reporting within the ATS.

What We're Looking For

Experience recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt roles across multiple business functions.
Strong sourcing skills, including identifying and engaging passive candidates.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
