Note: The candidates who will be selected for an interview will have to do an assignment prior to the interview. The details will be sent at the interview stage to respective candidates.
The interviews will be held in person.
Ideal Candidate Rate: CAD 60-63/Hr (Depending on the experience)
Must Have:
- Adobe Captivate Classic, Articulate 360 - Creating E-learning courses on these 2 platforms.
- Portfolio
- Experience converting and redeveloping legacy e-learning assets from platforms such as Adobe Captivate into modern learning authoring tools.
- Expertise in designing, developing, testing, and deploying e-learning courses, simulations, assessments, and interactive learning activities.
- Experience applying accessibility standards and best practices, including compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) requirements.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing existing learning content and identifying opportunities to improve instructional design, learner engagement, and content effectiveness.
