- Identify worn or defective components and determine appropriate repair solutions.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, precision, and quality control.
- Keep the workstation organized and follow established workshop procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure an efficient workflow and consistent service quality.

- Formal watchmaking education, apprenticeship, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of mechanical watch movements and servicing techniques.
- Familiarity with quartz watches and their servicing requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, patience, and a genuine interest in watchmaking.
- A commitment to quality, precision, and continuous professional development.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
We welcome candidates at all career stages. Whether you are a junior watchmaker looking to strengthen your fundamentals or an experienced watchmaker with extensive expertise in mechanical servicing and complications, we are interested in learning more about your skills and ambitions.
Responsibilities will be adapted to the candidate's experience, technical abilities, and professional development goals.
