Set-out window and cancellation

Place booked items at the curb no earlier than 6 p.m. the night before and no later than 7 a.m. on collection day. The city warns that non-compliant set-out can lead to fines. Follow the waste by-law and the appointment’s location instructions.

Cancel or request a refund by noon the day before collection. For Thursday, that is Wednesday noon. Approved cancellations have a $6 administration fee per appliance. Late requests receive no refund. Keep the appointment details so a cancellation can identify each paid item.
